Hi,
I put an order in for the new Xbox X Series on the 5th July 2024. I was aware at the time that it will take up to 4 weeks to receive it. However, it’s now 7 weeks with no further updates from O2. I can’t seem to find a phone number to call customer services, where can I find this?
Any idea why it’s taking so long to process my order? There doesn’t appear to be a shortage of Xbox X Series as I can order one from Amazon or Game. The reason why I haven’t cancelled yet as O2 do an interest free over 2 years. If this isn’t resolved soon I’m going to have to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere!!

You will need to contact the sales team on 0800 081 0255 as if you have been wating 6 weeks for an Xbox then either you have failed the credit checks or you have dropped into a black hole..
