Hi, Ive had this issue for several days now and cannot seem to explain it. My phone (an iPhone 11) can text and call fine. However, I cannot get internet or data. I am with another internet provider and my internet works fine on my other devices (laptop, xbox, other phones). I can seem to be able to receive notifications from the internet like Facebook notifications, but cannot reply to messages/or refresh my feed. This is the case with all my apps, receiving notifications but can't reply to any.

I have been using iMessage messages without problems, but cannot send or receive any photos on there. I have restarted my phone several times, as well as resetting my network settings but to no avail. I have exactly the same issues when I go to work, and to my grandmothers house. Everyone else around me their internet and phones work fine so I know its not the internet that is the issue, it appears to be only my phone being affected. After looking up my address to see if there's an issue, it appears a phone mast isn't working properly, however it only mentions 2G,3G,4G &5G. I cannot explain why my phone is having issues with wifi with another internet provider, and why I can only receive notifications and can't send them. If anyone has an explanation for this please advise me, Im 20 years old so pretty tech savvy so can't seem to be able to figure out the issue. As I said earlier, the problem has been going on for about 2/3 days now, and when I move locations the problem doesn't go away. Please help!

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

As this looks to affect WiFi, not just mobile data, you may benefit from a quick check through this troubleshooting guide, @EH2 - https://androidsrc.net/wifi-not-working-on-phone-but-working-on-other-devices/

It could be a fault with your phone's antenna too, which will mean taking it to an Apple store and getting them to check the phone itself out.

Good luck!
