WiFi on Tube

I'm wondering if anyone can help.
I'm trying to use WiFi in the Tube, but it won't connect.
 
It used to work in the past (albeit using my old phone) and I've followed various O2 Technical and Forum advice to connect or reset my connection - including going in to a retail outlet with an O2 WiFi Hotspot and connecting again with O2.
 
I've also tried both dynamic and static Mac on my WiFi interface. 
 
But nothing seems to work to resolve the problem on the Tube.
 
To confirm O2 WiFi itself works fine on whatever Hotspot I use.
 
However, on the Tube neither Virgin Media WiFi - or WiFi Extra will connect.
 
With Virgin I enter my mobile number and I see this message;
 
"You need to register this device with O2 Wifi. We'll send you a text with more info to this number
 
However, I never receive the text, and as stated earlier I can connect fine on O2 WiFi.
 
On WiFi Extra I see a PEAP message, which implies that the device is not known.
 
What do I need to do to reset my device/number please?

Wifi on the tube is being discontinued in favour of the rollout of 4G

Nothing you can do will help you connect, sorry @Miked4300

Also we are lead to belive there is a bug in Android 13 that prevents it connecting. So anyone who upgrades will loose the ability they had in the past 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

We are still waiting to fix the issue, with EAP-TLS, and this is what I got from one of our vendors when asked if it will be fixed:
