Hi,
Until yesterday I had Wi-Fi calling but something has happened overnight which means that Wi-Fi calling is disable on my iPhone 13 Pro.
When I try to re-enable it ( Settings->Phone->WiFi Calling ) a popup tells me:
WiFi calling - To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account contact O2
My O2 account says "You currently have WiFi and 4G Calling turned on."
Please help

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Yes, I dialled 202 and spoke to a call center support person. She promised to do something on her end with my account, and after a few hours I was to reboot the phone. But 24 hours later Wi-Fi calling could still not be enabled.
I called 202 again and spoke to a different operative. The correct changes had not been made to my account, and so, again, I was told something would be happening to my account and in a few hours I should reboot my phone.
I have now finally done this, and Wi-Fi calling can now be enabled.
Case closed.
