Usa network non coverage

I have bought a bolt on for usa but cannot connect to any network. I want a one time password code to access my bank and nothing is coming through in time. I got one OTP 2 hours too late. The bank had timed me out.

Does your bank support push notifications or have an app that can confirm who you are by fingerprint or camera face recognition, @Frustratedfran? These methods usually just need a WiFi connection to work, as in your hotel or a food place or mall.
