Hi, I’m trying to enable WiFi and 4G calling on my iPhone 10. Watched the video, did as instructed but got message  I have to contact O2 to enable this. Contacted O2 who say my phone is already enabled for WiFi and 4G calling…so I try to make a call and my phone says I need to switch on 4G and WiFi calling and it all starts again…Grateful for help with actually getting this facility switched on! Thank you.

@AB12

Have you checked with o2 that you have the iData bolt on enabled on your account?

Have you turned it on in your MyO2?

Yes, it’s switched on. But each time I actually try to call my phone won’t actually do that and I get a message that I need to switch on WiFi and 4G calling…so I check my O2 account which says it’s switched on, although when I go to my settings it isn’t. So I try to switch them on, and get a message that I have to contact O2…which tells me that they’re switched on…and I go round in circles again. 😱
