Hi,
So I've switched my SIMO contract from Three to O2, the PAC transfer was yesterday (2nd June) on my Samsung Note10+ (4G) purchased directly from Samsung.
With my old Three sim, Wifi Calling worked immediately and I could toggle it on or off.
Now with this O2 SIMO, I don't have the option of WiFi Calling showing? I activated it on my account yesterday, and have restarted the phone multiple times and removed the SIM card etc.
Any ideas please?
Thanks

You need to call O2 to get it enabled on your account.

Hi @LeeSutton
Yes it's normally the way forward. However we have had countless numbers of people with the same issue and it needs a call to O2 to get it enabled on the account.

Hi again @Cleoriff,
I couldn't get through on the phone so did a live chat instead.
Was told that 'I would like to inform you that in order to use wifi calling in a Samsung phone, the handset needs to be purchased by O2'
Though this surely isn't correct? Given the eligible device list has loads here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling and only a few have an asterisk on them saying needs to be on O2 firmware.
I've got a Note10+ from Samsung where the WiFi calling worked fine on Three!

To be fair, Live Chat has it's purpose but isn't particularly good at account based issues.
I would call as suggested and get someone who knows what they are talking about.

Cheers, got through to CS who advised it's definitely active on my account, and that I should be able to access it (confirming my device should have it and fine being an unlocked device).
Though still no luck accessing WiFi calling. As soon as I put my old, deactivated Three sim into it, WiFi calling reappears though disappears on the O2 sim.
Does anybody else with a SIMO contract, with a non-O2 Note10+ have any issues with WiFi calling?

Interestingly - just put my SIM in an iPhone, tried activating WiFi calling and it seems O2 haven't activated it on my account yet, 1 day on...
