Not sure if you have sorted this @Split but generally there are 3 steps to getting it working.
First o2 customer services have to enable it on your account. This takes 24 hours to fully resolve.
Next you can enable it in your account once you have logged in to your My o2. Again, 24 hours to fully working.
Finally you turn it on in your phone settings.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
