is it possible to get Wi-Fi calling on an iPhone 13 - I am having some connectivity issues at the moment

Yes you can. Make sure WiFi Calling has been added to your account. If not use one of the contact methods shown

iPhone setup

Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling. Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is set to 'On'.
