Hi @Lindycat - Poland is in O2's Europe Zone, so you should be able to call and browse web (up 25GB per billing cycle only!) as you would at home. Some things to try:

1 - Reboot phone.
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars - links to O2 Social Media Team directly below this post.

5 - Step your phone down from 5G to 3G or 4G to latch onto a network, then step back up again.

Also take a look through the community Guide: Roaming MegaGuide.

Good luck!

Once you have used International Roaming do you need to turn it off on your return so that you arent charged for it or does O2 know you are home?

@janebee

It only works abroad so no need to turn it off.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
