Wi-Fi calling on iPhone 7

Hi, I am trying to set up wi-fi calls on my iphone 7. Despite turning this on in settings etc. , I just keep getting a message to 'refer to the O2 website',  but cannot find any further information . Please can you help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
