Watch Ultra - Add Data Plan, Code 14.

I have been trying for the past half a week to get this sorted. I'm trying to connect my Watch Ultra to an iPhone 14 Pro Max with no success. Every time I try, I get a code 14 from the O2 site. They've tried resetting the Watch eSIM to no avail. Basically they've done EVERYTHING that their help knowledge base suggests. (I've done all this via O2 phone support and honestly they've done their best.)

 

It's not a faulty device, 'cos I can pair the watch and get a data plan on my iPhone 13 Pro Max without issue. Just not on the 14 Pro.

 

Help me Obi Wan, you're my only hope!!

 

I've removed data plans, I've done network resets on the phone, unpaired/repaired the watch to the iPhone 14.

 

I don't know what else to try beyond sending it back for a replacement Watch, but I'm not convinced that will make a difference either. The fact that I can pair and CAN get a data plan via the iPhone 13 Pro Max pretty much proves that.

@O2Georgina @pgn Still not sorted, not heard from O2 since the weekend about this. Was told someone would get back to me by early this week, but nothing. Help?!
