Today I changed my contract for tv with virgin and got a better deal, part of the deal was a sim with o2 which I currently have a mobile account. Virgin said I needed to go onto o2 and update my account with them by logging on and accessing enroll with benefits, I cannot find this on o2 either logging on via my app or logging on on- line ?
