Its been 9 days since I have taken a new account the VOLT bolt-on hasn't shown up

Hi,

I have the same issue. It has been well over the 14 days. I received an email to say that the benefits had been applied. But nothing is there except the same creen shot saying that I'm ineligible for the benefits. Who can I contact to check this or resolve the issue?
