I've recently changed my phone to an A26, it's constantly losing call and data connection. I've been with 02 for over 15 years (same address) and I've never had this problem before and don't have the same problem with my work provided handset (EE, same carrier) If I put my sim into my work handset, everything works fine. My conclusion is there's an issue with the antenna on the A26. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

It indeed sounds like an issue with the A26, so I would speak to Samsung direct and get them to fix or replace the phone..
We have seen this at work on a couple of A series devices in the past few years.. hence we moved to Motorola

Thanks @madasaf1sh, I suspected as much. I'm still in my 14 day period so I'll get on to o2. Thanks again.

Update - Been on the chat for nearly 2 hours to arrange a replacement. I asked for a new phone, within my current price plan. I was offered an S24 but had to double my monthly payment, I agreed as it is a better phone. Went through all the garb and then, right a t the end, wanted an upfront payment. Rylian was the operator, and when I disagreed and asked for the handset to be collected and contract cancelled, disappeared from the chat! I've been with o2 for 20+ years and I've never experienced anything like it!

@DangerousElf
Sorry to say but the best thing to do is call the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255, as your experience with Customer Services is sadly the norm..
It took me 3 attempts yesterday to get a new physical sim..
Good Luck
