Switched from EE to O2 pay as you go a couple of months ago and since then my visual voicemail has not worked. Have scrolled through the community and many advise asking O2 to activate IData on my account, however after a couple of long and fruitless calls with the O2 help desk still no success.
Just wondered if anyone has had success with getting visual voicemail working and has any other advice?

You can't have iData on PAYG therefore, visual voicemail will not work on PAYG.

As well as no Visual Voicemail there are other things that don't work. Chief is no 4G Calling and no WiFi Calling.
Running an iPhone on O2 PAYG is like running a high performance car on vegetable oil!
