I am unable to access any information on the o2 app since switching from virgin. I have set up data in the app etc

Can you access it via My O2 on the Web?

With the volume of accounts coming across it seems things are taking time to catch up

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
