I had a text saying my order is complete. I haven’t ordered anything. When looking at My 02 it says VAS and todays date.
what does this mean?

It means that O2 have added a bolt on to reduce your bill with O2 to align it with what you were paying previously to Virgin.
The O2 contracts are more expensive than Virgin's so this is to keep the promise that you won't pay more with O2.
