VAS

I had a text saying my order is complete. I haven’t ordered anything. When looking at My 02 it says VAS and todays date. what does this mean?
I received a text today from this number 07385 231996 - telling me my payment details are not up to date and my bill couldnt be paid. I checked both my O2 account and my bank account and my bill has been paidHas anyone else had this?
