Hello,

I am just about to upgrade my phone and I have an option to have an eSIM in my new phone. I have an old iPhone 11 with a plastic sim. Will all of my information from my plastic sim transfer over to my eSIM when I set up my new phone? Or do I need to continue with a plastic sim.

Thanks,

Aimee.

Third Vote for keeping plastic SIM

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
