Hi

If you pay off the outstanding amount on your device plan in order to be able to get an early upgrade but then decide to cancel the upgrade do you get a refund?

Your device plan will be zero, you will own the handset you had before the early upgrade offer was accepted. If you cancelled within 14 days (cooling off period), you may be charged a small amount to cover costs in that time. If you are outside that 14-day window but had not received your upgrade, it should cancel out. Normal Cancel process info here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

Once you have paid off your device plan, you can't get a refund on that.
