Unlocking samsung S7

Wanted to use my old Samsung S7 with non O2 SIM but seems it's still locked to O2 and I just keep going in circles trying to get it unlocked. Mind I cannot make any voice calls which O2 seems are only offering if wanting to get in touch with customer services! 

Tried the unlock request form posted elsewhere in here but it just returns error message when trying to proceed to the next page. So please can anyone direct me where I can unlock this device without going in circles!

unfortunately no… the link to the form in the guide posted above doesn’t work, kept giving me error as soon I click on ‘next’ like it doesn’t exist. I’ve also messaged O2 via fb messenger yesterday but no reply to now.

I do not have a ‘different’ browser besides the manual form doesn’t even work. This is error message I keep getting when clicking on ‘next’ after filling in first page.

@HSmale The form may not be working because of the browser you're using. Are you trying to access the O2 site on a laptop? It doesn't cost anything to use a different browser. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox, or Edge.
