Hiya! I’ve recently noticed my old iPhone X is locked to O2. I’m trying to unlock it but I changed the o2 SIM card to Tesco so I can’t unlock it. Any way I can unlock it?

That’s not what I mean. I mean I have a TESCO SIM CARD and I would like to unlock it.

You need to unlock the phone, not the card.
