Unlock phone

Hi, I'm trying to sell my old phone but the buyer wants ro know if it is unlocked to other network providers, please could you tell me if it is?

Hi @Caz02 

All O2 phones were sold unlocked from late 2018. Before that, they were locked to O2. In case yours IS locked then follow this guide to unlock it. Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card
