Hello O2, I tried your Help bot but they didn't understand...!

My access to a website is blocked and I'd like to know how I can unblock it - settings or whatever it needs.

We just lost everything from our campaign website when the hosting company closed in December.

I'm trying to retrieve the data - there is a website that holds the text - called Wayback Machine - my friend can access it on his machine and see our old website's text - but my O2 settings are blocking me accessing it.

Web address for Wayback Machine is www.archive.org

I really would appreciate any help!

Many thanks, Blanche

@B_E_Cameron

What error message do you get when trying to get to the website, as he Wayback Machine can be a bit flakey at times.

You can always check here Guide: O2 Age restriction  to see if it is an age restriction
