Good morning,
I’ve tried several times in the last months to access on your app O2 but I always receive the same error message “Oops. My O2 isn’t available to you yet. If you’re new to O2, it can take up to 48 hr for your account to be ready. If it’s been longer than 48 hr, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.”
I need it to be able to top up easily and use the website every time.
Could you please check what is the issue?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
