I upgraded my phone on the 25th January 2024 with anew sim card, I have had 4 since, all the bars have been lifted, as I had my old phone stolen on holiday. Since then I've rung up and emailed. There is a ticket on going, but I have not been able to use my phone for the last 2 weeks and still waiting for a response. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Take your phone and some photo ID with you into the nearest O2 Shop, @Rikram - let them sort it out properly for you. You can find out where the nearest O2 Shop to you is here: https://stores.o2.co.uk/

Hi, I've spent 4 days in o2 shops, they have no idea why it doesn't work.

You need to contact O2.

All the bars have been lifted, the shop staff have never known such a problem. The investigation is still ongoing with O2. I had a phone call Monday and I was told another team are looking into it. I am hoping it is resolved this week.

My phone came back to life on Thursday, 4 weeks after my upgrade.
