I recently found out that people who are with Vodafone cannot reach/call me! I can make and receive calls to/from all networks except Vodafone. With Vodafone I call make calls to them but do not receive calls from them.
I was with Vodafone but in September 2022 I joined o2 and had my number ported over from Vodafone to o2.
looking at the boards I can see that this is a common problem and people have had similar issues but unfortunately cannot see how they had it resolved.
been trying to get it resolved by o2 but they tell everything looks fine and there is no issue with my account.
would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

Sounds like Vodafone have not correctly ported the routing information

Did you get a solution? I have the same problem since porting from Vodafone in March 2023. O2 cannot or will not solve the issue.

If you can't receive calls from Vodafone then it is likely they have not updated their routing tables their end
