Hi, I am having trouble logging as you need to send a code to the mobile number which is not mine it's my mums and I pay for it. I don't have the ability to contact my mum right now and need to log in as I want to link my son's number to the account as he has moved over from virgin. Is there anyway of a code being sent to my email address so I can log in and manage my account.
