@Annie22

If it was me, I would take the phone back to the shop and see If they can get it working. Not all phones in the States work with UK tariffs if the phone has just been bought in US.

keep rebooting the phonem

Or you could contact O2 via social media

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

Or call 0800 032 1402 via Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype

It won't work in the UK as the phones are completely different.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Annie22 You can check your model here: WillMyPhoneWork.net - Check if your phone works on a network but you have most likely bought a very expensive doorstop. Apart from anything else, Apple does not offer an international warranty, so if you damage the phone or it doesn't work, you're still up the creek.
