Two phones from 02 none work

What is going on with this place

No service no person to talk to about it 

just the Bot and what do they know

Can’t make any calls from the 2 phones yet Direct Debit still working

@Upset I'm not sure why you would expect anyone in customer service to be on duty at this time of day.
