Hi
I have recently joined O2 and today is the day that my old number is being transferred to my new O2 mobile.
I have been without signal for over three hours now, with the new handset saying "SIM not provisioned for voice". Likewise, the old handset has been emergency calls only for the same amount of time.
Is this length of time normal, or should I try to contact O2?

I started transferring a number yesterday and have had no phone for 2 days now, keep turning new phone off and on, been told tech issues and need to wait another 24 hours

Still on going 1300 today, now been over 24 hours without being able to make/receive calls or texts (first world problem, I know!).
