Transferring number has broken my sim

I recently attempted to transfer my old number from three to my pay as you go sim, using the o2 form and my pac code. Now 02 have deleted my current number and my old number has not been transferred over. So i can no longer make any calls as i have no number. I have data but I can not speak to an agent online as they say i need to ring, however i can't. My o2 app no longer says i have a valid contract. I do not know what to do.

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
