I have a Galaxy A53 5G. The touch screen has completely stopped working and I cannot access my phone. I have a tablet I can send messages but can not receive or make calls. I need to contact customer service to arrange to get it fixed as I have insurance. Please help!

You need to install Skype onto the Tablet and call Customer Services on 0800 081 0255 (option 3) and they can help.. 

However you might find it quicker and easier to contact Samsung Support incase it is covered under warranty
