I've just been switched from virgin to o2 and since I got my new o2 sim I haven't been able to revice text messages I've swapped sims now I'm on a esim and still having the same problem I've phoned o2 and now there saying it could take 5 days to investigate is there any way to speed this up as I need to revive messages as it texts when my daughters hospital appointments are etc
