I am receiving marketing messages from 81550 - asking if I am missing Hello Fresh. I attempted to send a STOP - but was advised I would be charged

How do I stop receiving when I have not subscribed?

Other than replying to the text with STOP you'd need to call Hello Fresh and ask them to remove your number from their database.
