TFL Wifi: Slow connection since Virgin integration

I use to be able to connect quickly whilst at a London Tube Station. Over the past few months it takes a really long time for my iPhone 14 Pro Max to connect to the Virgin tube wifi service. It will only connect if I am standing on a platform and have to wait several minutes. It once did connect quickly while at just a stop. What has changed? Thanks

That is one to ask Virgin Media Business as o2 wont have changed anything as the service is owned and managed by them. 

VMB provide an o2 SSID and a link to an RADIUS infrastructure.

In addition, Virgin is winding down its 'not at home WiFi' service, as communicated to VM subscribers in a recent letter:
