new O2 sim arrived last week and lost ee service today. New 02 sim on unlimited data, calls, texts in a virgin package fitted this afternoon. Called O2 to get the unblocking code and used this with the prefix **05* for the old Moto E5 play I use. Alas the code does not work and the phone remains blocked. Grateful for any advice.
