Switched from eSim to physical SIM

I switched from an eSIM to a physical SIm yesterday for my iPhone 14 pro. Its been over 24 hours and I do not have service on my phone. I have turned the phone off and on several times and also reset the network settings. Can someone please advise?

I would give customer services a shout on 0344 809 0202 from another phone, or if it helps message them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
