Hi,
I've just been migrated today from Virgin to O2, and now my mobile data isn't working.
I've called O2 and they advised me to reset my network settings.
I have done this twice now but it still isn't working.
Does anyone know how what else I can do? I'm reluctant to reset to factory settings as I'm conscious that I may lose everything.

Seems to be a few of these turning up
Can you check your APN settings? They should be these
If they are correct then I would suggest the fault lies at O2s end
