Hi, I have moved from EE to O2 over the last 3 weeks, and have used a PAC code to transfer my old number, which should have completed 11 days ago. Unfortunately I have come to the realisation that nobody from the EE network can ring me, including my wife and brother. Ive tried ringing customer support but nobody seems to be able to help. I've requested the "Port Files" from EE (via O2) and this should have resolved the issue but it hasn't. I think this issue is unacceptable and I've probably lost work through this issue.
