Hi all
I'm experiencing slow Internet\data downloads and have been for a few weeks now and the network status page hasn't moved from "We seem to have a problem with one of the masts in your area". Download speeds are around 4mb at best with upload speeds slightly better, I haven't reported as yet,
would anyone know of the best route or best teams to report this?

You can use the O2 My Network App to report and monitor the network where you are.
As O2 are aware of problems then there is little else you can do
