Hi. Can anyone help with this problem? My iPhone 12 has updated to the latest iOS 17.6.1 this morning and does not now recognise my sim, hence no network coverage. I have restarted the phone and removed and replaced the sim but to no avail. Thank you in advance.

tried everything in the video but no joy. Looks like a trip to the o2 shop on a Saturday afternoon 😔.

SIM card needed replacing and worked instantly. Apparently it was a coincidence that it stopped working as upgrade went through.
Great service from the Northallerton o2 shop.
