Sim not recieving texts

Hi there,
My sim cannot recieve any texts at all from all numbers. My mobile data works and I can send and recieve calls. I also can send texts. However I cannot recieve any text messages. I tried putting the sim into different phones and also did a network restart. I have changed Sims. Nothing seems to find it. Can you please help me. Thanks.

If still no good, pop into your local O2 store for a free sim swap.

You probably need a new sim. Pop instore or call O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have already swapped sims it did not seem to fix the problem.
