Hi, I have replace a Sim an keep my old phone number, but the new sim still not activated and its been 3 days already. My sim have a contract so I can not cancel it, it usually not took that long to activated a sim. I have also call customer service support, come to O2 store and status keep show processing, I can not do anything, no call no text no data, and my reference number is **********, could some O2 tech team sort it out for me pls.The sim number is ************

You need to contact O2.
