Hi, i took a phone out for my boyfriend a year ago he only had it a month before the police took it off him. There is still over £400 needing to be paid over the next two years & I’ve came to realise that I’m paying a lot of money for airtime etc that isn’t even being used, including an insurance bolt on which realistically I don’t need to be paying each month. I have tried to see if I can stop the bolt on & stop paying for the monthly sim, I have no issue paying the remainder off the phone but I can’t afford to do that in one payment. I would like to upgrade my current phone as I paid it all off last year but I can’t until I get my boyfriends Samsung payments sorted as it’s at least £100 total each month for a phone and sim that can’t be used. I would really appreciate some support to help me get this issue sorted

O2 will give you a replacement sim that you could use but you need to talk to O2 who have a team dedicated to sorting these kinds of issues.
