Went into my local O2 store as I haven't been receiving texts messages for that past 3 days. They said a new sim should solve my issues. Got given a new sim yesterday with the same number I have been using but it still hasn't activated. It's been 26 hours in total and there's no sign of it moving over. My old sim is still fully functional - I'm guessing the old sim stops receiving signal/stops working once the move is complete? Just wondering if anyone knows why it wouldn't have moved over yet? Any help would be highly appreciated as I need my phone for work related things so the quicker the issues are sorted, the better. Many thanks!

Going to pop into a store as I don't want to risk messing something up if the sim swap isn't processing properly - thank you for your help though, it's very much appreciated!
