Hi,
I just upgraded my phone to an iphone 12 and have done a sim swap due to the new tariff and the 5g.
It's taken around 4 hours so far and still nothing and I've lost service on my old phone.
I really need it for work for calls.
Please can you assist here?

Keep rebooting the phone and it should come online soon.
If not, call O2.
You can use Skype if no other phone available to you.
