Hi I recently sent my phone in for a quote on a cracked screen repair and I’ve just received it back today and it’s now unusable it’s in a lot worse condition to what I sent it in like it now has multi coloured lines across the middle of the screen and half of the screen is black so cannot use it at all! I’m not happy at all with the fact it’s been sent back in such bad condition

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Hi @Sam389
If you find that it is your phone you can make a complaint about it.
Hopefully you will have taken photos etc., of the phone before you sent it off.
This is the guide to read:
