Hi my partner has just got an iPhone 13 with a new 5G sim we set up the phone and activated the new sim but his mobile data is not working we used all the help guide on the website but still can’t get mobile data so we swap sims putting his sim in my iPhone 12 and my sim in his iPhone 13 his phone then had mobile data from my sim in but my phone didn’t have mobile data with his sim in so there is obviously a problem with his SIM card so how can we resolve the issue with his sim please
